Meet Our Team

Brittany is a magna cum laude graduate of Simmons College where she obtained her Masters of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Brittany practiced in women’s health and vascular medicine before joining our team in 2017. She has an ANCC board certification in Pain Management and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.

Brittany is also a passionate advocate for cancer research, education and healthcare reform and works with several non-profit organizations including; the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network and The Melanoma Research Foundation. Brittany enjoys traveling with her husband and watching her two boys play sports.

Abbey Donaldson is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner who joined Annapolis Pain Management in June 2023. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University and has spent the last ten years practicing in Baltimore at the University of Maryland Medical Center and, most recently, The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Abbey went on to earn her Masters of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University and has decided to specialize in Pain Management. She is excited to join the APM family, providing compassionate care to her patients. and helping them achieve their health goals.

Abbey and her husband, Russell, reside in Edgewater, MD, with their daughter Cameron and labrador Annie May. She enjoys spending time with her family, DIY projects, and traveling.

Dr. Matt received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, GA. He specializes in corrective and rehabilitative chiropractic care and treats patients of all ages and levels of health.

Dr. Matt and his wife recently relocated to Annapolis with their two children from Pawleys Island, SC, where he practiced for the past 10 years. The Cullum family are avid supporters of the arts and spend much of their free time exploring all that Annapolis has to offer!

Dr. Jess attending Indiana University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science with Honors and went on to graduate from National University with her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. She likes to incorporate both chiropractic adjustments into patients care as well as physical therapy. Dr. Jess has completed many hours in additional training on treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and has certifications in Dry Needling, Graston Technique, as well as Functional and Performance Movement Taping.

Dr. Jess loves anything to do with llamas and spending time with her husband when she is not at work.

Dr. Enoh attended Long Island University to earn her Masters in Exercise Physiology and went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She has advanced certifications and training in treating patients with Parkinson’s, Fall Prevention, Vestibular Rehabilitation, treating Orthopedic conditions as well as pelvic floor rehabilitation. Dr. Enoh’s parents are from Nigeria and she was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She enjoys spending time with her 3 year old lab/rottweiler mix named Cairo as well as traveling!

Pam has worked in the healthcare industry for over 34 years and has worked at APM since 2018. She has extensive background and experience in the insurance field including benefit verification, claim management, credentialing, and specialty pharmacy. Pam has been married to her husband Mark for 39 years. They have raised 3 very successful children and have 5 beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and friends on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She also likes to watch College Football and is an avid fan of the Michigan Wolverines.

Kristin has been working in the healthcare industry since 2013. She has extensive knowledge and background in medical services, sales, and patient care, so often you can find her giving support in multiple areas of the office. Kristin’s primary role at APM is Marketing Director. She handles all social media platforms, partnerships, sponsorships, and business opportunities. Kristin received her Cardone Certification and focuses heavily on patient experience and education to grow our practice. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, working out, and adventuring!

Ashley has been in the integrative healthcare field for over 10 years. She is very passionate about patient care and making sure that customer service is always in the forefront of her mind. Ashley started getting chiropractic care for herself at a young age due to headaches and TMJ issues. After seeing the positive effects she was inspired to start a career in healthcare to help other people in the same type of pain. When Ashley is not at work she likes spending time with her daughter and her dog! She also enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her family.

Dr. Mary Beth attended Salisbury University to obtain her bachelor’s degree and then Life University for her Doctorate in Chiropractic. After practicing as a Chiropractic Provider for 7 years in her own practice she transitioned to solely focusing on running the business. Since 2017 she has been building Annapolis Pain Management into a successful multi-specialty office that offers non-opiate and non-surgical pain management options. APM strives to rupture the pain management stereotype by delivering alternative treatments to the traditional model, by a team that truly listens and cares about their patients! 

Dr. Mary Beth has three children and lives on a hobby farm in Edgewater, Md. There they have dogs, cows, horses, goats, and sheep! She likes to spend time with her kids and travel.
