I would recommend Annapolis Pain Management to anyone seeking chiropractic care or pain management treatment. The staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Matt is the best!I have pretty severe lower back pain due to my scoliosis and I have been seeking chiropractic care for about four years now. But APM has been the best pain management office I have been to in the Maryland area. Their professionalism and hospitality is top tier.I trust Dr. Matt's adjustments with my life! I started active treatment for osteoarthritis in both knees about 18 months ago. I could not have been happier with the outcome - both medically (injections ) and the physical therapy. After back surgery my doctor ordered physical therapy. I excitedly returned to APM and got the expected excellent results. Of course, aging is not our friend, and arthritis hit my shoulder. I immediately went to APM for help and once again got injections and physical therapy. Today I had my last scheduled... appointment because of the incredible improvement. I went from barely able to lift my arm to 95+% mobility. I am so grateful for the excellent, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate care I have received from Brittany, Enoh and John. I am continuing to age and know that APM will always be at the top of my list the next time arthritis comes knocking!read more

I can't say enough great things about this place! I send everyone there dealing with mobility or pain. From PT to chiropractic to alternative practices they're all pretty great. I had rotator cuff/bicep tendon repair surgery and while I still have a long way to go I'm confident they'll do whatever possible to get me back to lifting like I used to. Thanks so much to all the staff but especially Dr. Enoh, Dr. Jess and Dr. Matt.

Where do I begin? My daughter was seen at Annapolis Pain Management after being referred to the practice after months of trying to identify her overall constant body aches and shifting knee socket. Brittany Cicala was able to look at my daughter, listen to her primary complaints and from there a diagnosis of EDS was discovered. My family is forever grateful to Brittany. I felt like I was on a team with Brittany as the captain and knew from day one my daughter was in good hands. John is also... AMAZING!!!! Best Medical Assistant EVER!!! Be it fittings for DME or ensuring all referrals were received prior to leaving the office, John ensures each patient has what they need. When I tell you the level of care received from the entire staff has been nothing less than TOP TIER. What do I love most? How about the fact that this is a non-opioid office! My daughter was prescribed vitamins to replenish deficiencies within her body. Dr. Enoh’s magical touch as a Physical Therapist brought smiles to my daughter and strengthened my daughter’s overall mobility with her therapeutic treatment. I cannot speak highly enough of Annapolis Pain Management and everyone who works there. I came to them with back pain over a year ago and they patiently worked with me to get me to a place of maintenance. I love that they have multiple “departments”/ways of addressing pain (medical, chiropractic and physical therapy) all of which I took advantage and were helpful in different stages of my treatment. I love this place, everyone there is so kind.I previously attempted to go to a different pain specialist that I had waited a month for and was treated so badly I walked out in tears before even seeing the doctor, went home and contacted this place and they got me in immediately! Discussed the issues I have been dealing with for years and started physical therapy the same day, their appointments are incredibly flexible..I have yet to run into a single issue with getting in when it suits my very... tight schedule. I see them twice a week, remembered and greeted by name as soon as I walk in the door and get taken immediately back without any waiting..we always discuss any pain I’m having that day and go right into treating those specific areas. I feel like I’m getting the help that I have long needed..they focus on getting your body healthy and stronger and not just mask the pain like most pain places do.10/10.read more

I started going to Annapolis Pain Management a little over 6 months ago. I had some lower back/neck pain and weird leg numbness. They had me see their NP, we started with some stretches/PT, and adjustments. Most chiropractors just do adjustments but trust me, the PT with the adjustments is a game changer. I’ve always stretched daily and adding what I’ve learned here has really changed my pain levels. With the added movements/stretches and bi weekly adjustments I am in little to no pain most... days. I am honestly so grateful for the team here because they really focus on things holistically. They are so friendly and work with you to meet you where you are, not pushing you to do something you can’t handle. Not only did they help my pain but the NP side also helped me reach a diagnosis for some other issues. I wouldn’t have figured it out and could be in a lot worse shape if it wasn’t for this team. They are all amazing and I’m so thankful!read more

I have been coming here for several years. When I first started, I could barely walk because of pain. I thought surgery was my only option. The treatments and PT that I have received here has vastly improved my quality of life. I can highly recommend this group. They are caring, kind, professional and courteous.

I am not one who usually writes reviews, but after being unable to write, type, drive, or turn to my right without excruciating pain, going down the right side of my body, I believe it would behoove me not to.I was in this unbearable pain for almost a month, and I had been to 3 different doctors who couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong but were prescribing medications that did not take away the pain. I had an X-ray and MRI done, but they were still speculating on what was causing the pain.... I usually just go to Annapolis Pain Management for Chiropractic adjustments or physical therapy if needed, but I decided to schedule an appointment because no one so far has been able to help stop this pain. Dr. Jess, "who is amazing," after finishing my adjustment, said she was going to have me see Brittany in their Medical department. As soon as I saw Brittany, she could tell I was in serious pain. She asked me questions related to the pain and the areas where I was in pain and did her examination. After that, she pinpointed exactly where the pains were and broke down why and what was causing the pain. Then she told me she could relieve some pain today with a few medical injections, and she did.Thank you, God, for Brittany! If not for her, I would not be writing this review or anything for that matter because I would be in too much pain. I had several issues going on at the same time. Knees and lower back. Happy to report both issues have been resolved. I am back to playing golf and enjoying other activities.Staff is awesome and professional. They always know me when I arrive to my appointment and are very courteous. Annapolis Pain Management is an incredible, full service, and comprehensive pain management facility. I started treatment there in early February 2022. I can honestly say that every individual I’ve come in contact with has been phenomenal. I came to APM for treatment after a car accident. There was considerable pain in my neck and back. The treatment plan included chiropractic care and physical therapy. They offer a wide variety of treatment options that truly offer something for everyone. Everyone on the staff is friendly, kind, and compassionate. They truly care about their patients as people. I absolutely love coming here! After an injury 6 months ago, I was seeing a different place that was way over charging and wasn’t worried about the patient, but the money. APM is a complete night and day from there. They care so much about you and your health. They are very open and clear about treatment, always friendly, and never make me feel like a source of money in their pocket. I’ve been going here since March 2021 (about 5 months) for neck, back and wrist (carpal tunnel) issues and they are all very personable people. I enjoy doing PT and getting adjusted. Dr. Matt & Dr. Jess are very friendly and good at their jobs. Colby and John are one of the few core people at this place! They all generally have a great sense of humor and are helpful when it comes to PT. As far as treatment, there are periodic evaluations to make sure you are improving and you are usually told a... recommendation for how often you should come to improve faster. So far I’ve only moved forward. I’m able to do weight lifting again! Anyway, I’m not good with my words but there isn’t much more to say. It’s straightforward and easy here!read more

I came to APM to treat my shoulder pain. They have been wonderful since day one. The entire staff is very friendly. I’ve never been to the chiropractor before but really enjoy my adjustments and both chiropractors on staff are great and make you feel very comfortable. The occupational therapists that assist with the physical therapy exercises are really good at explaining and demonstrating the stretches and exercises and they’re fun to talk to. I never would have expected to look forward to... physical therapy, but I’ve had such a pleasant experience with everyone here that I don’t mind coming in at all! Five stars, would recommend APM to anyone looking for alternatives to surgery to help treat and manage pain or injuries.read more

I don't give 5 stars often and this place deserves it. Not only do they treat the pain but they find the root cause of the problem to correct what's causing the pain. Especially if you are honest and open with your pain and what's ailing you, they know exactly what course of treatment is best for you. They work closely with you to get better and/or manage the pain. It will take some work on your end to follow the pain management plan developed for you, but it's all worth it to get to your end... goal. Added bonus is that everyone there knows you by your name and are so welcoming and helpful.read more

Thanks goodness Annapolis Pain Management fixed my back trouble so now they can fix my knee trouble. Just finished round four of PRP for my meniscus. Definitely noticeable improvement but now they can work some more magic with physical therapy.

Hey All,So I recently suffered a severe back injury at work and was extremely worried about my work and role to my family. My wife suggested to contact Annapolis Pain Management to find out if they would be-able to assist without doing any surgery. I made an appointment at was immediately seen and treated to accommodate pain and they also determined the source of my problem the same day and suggested a plan to assist with my problem. Love love love everything about this place. Everyone here is so amazing. When I came here I was at the end of my rope. I thought I had tried everything and did not want to take any narcotics. They were so thorough and patient with my diagnosis and development of a treatment plan. I have been pain free and no narcotics!
