I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with Annapolis Pain Management. I drive over an hour passing multiple other practices just for the comfort they bring. The front desk is always friendly and attentive, not something that is all that common anymore.

I have been seeing Brittany Cicala, and she has done some amazing things to decrease my chronic pain. She listens, is so incredibly knowledgeable, and she gets results. In 3 weeks she has decreased my pain significantly. I had seen pain management specialists before but they have never been able to do what she has done for me! I highly recommend Annapolis Pain Management to anyone who is struggling to find a provider who is knowledgeable and gets results. Also the Front Desk Staff are so nice, efficient, and professional. They have been so kind to my mother-in-law (who accompanies me to my appointments) as she waits for me. Even she has commented how efficient and kind everyone is.

I have been going to Annapolis Pain Management for over a month now for neck pain. Both medical and chiropractic staff are amazing and kind. I also love how friendly the front desk staff are, when coming in they greet me with a smile and remember my name. Working in healthcare for over 10 years I have learned if the front desk staff is amazing then the whole office will be amazing and I will continue to come back.

Dr. Jess and Dr. Matt are some of the coolest and down-to-earth doctors you'll ever meet! I have gone to other chiropractors before but from my experience the staff at Annapolis Pain Management actually listen to your concerns, problems, ailments and address them accordingly. They are cautious and definitely can and will speak to you in plain English to ensure you thoroughly understand exactly what they are or plan on doing. I make the 45-minute trip through crawling traffic to go to them because I am that confident in their ability and expertise to help me get moving again as if I was my younger self. I could not recommend them enough and I'm speaking from experience when I say, not all practices are the same and thoroughly examine you prior to adjusting or creating a plan for your short/long term goals. Most recently, I have made a mistake in assuming all practices are the same and I have paid the price (both monetarily and physically) for being adjusted incorrectly. I went to Annapolis Pain Management last about 1.5 years ago and have been more or less pain free since by utilizing the advice and tools given to me to stay loose and pain free. I am now back again as the previous practice I mentioned incorrectly adjusted me which just amplified the pain I was having. That previous practice took my word at face value and got right to work, now I'm no doctor so I do not know what I need I can only point to the places where I find discomfort/pain but because of that they started adjusting me willy nilly. While it felt decent at the time I started to have increased sciatic nerve pain over the next few days after that adjustment to the point where I could not sit, drive, stand for long periods. Annapolis Pain staff definitely address your needs to hopefully ensure you only have to go back to them as a cause of living your everyday life and not because of something they performed on you that would create a separate issue or amplify your current issue. I am a firm believer of avoiding drugs or surgery when it comes to treatment unless absolutely necessary so 10/10 would recommend and they do accept most major insurance. Cheers!

(THANK YOU STAFF!!! ALL OF YOU!!!) Anapolis pain management took me in as a (begging and pleading, leaving town nobody) walk-in... in all the pain!... and took the absolute best care of me. In two days I was turned around top to bottom. My hip was partially dislocated, which is something that happens to me from time to time. They treated me with the absolute best care, and I am just so grateful for them. If im ever back here again, I will absolutely come back for even just a massage!

This probably sounds like a paid advertisement, but I'm telling you the truth. I am so grateful for these people and they took such good care of me. And if I'm ever back here again, I will at the very least come back and say hello.

This is a real-time update as of the few minutes ago that I typed the other message. I'm walking around my, I live on my boat, which moves around. I'm walking around without pain. I'm not even thinking about my back. Yesterday, I could barely even think about breathing heavy. I am just so incredibly, incredibly, incredibly grateful. For these people and what they do and what they did for me. And this is not a pain advertisement. And I absolutely love everyone that took care of me. Thank you.

My experience with Dr. Eno for physical therapy has been a real blessing. She has helped my neck pain so much, and always greets me with a smile. I heartily recommend Annapolis Pain Management— they are truly the best!

As an elder physician, being “positive” about auto accidents induced multiple injuries in a challenged broken health “service” system is a rare feat.
APM is the rainbow in the sky…. Attentive and accommodating, is rare these days….they earned this review “positive” in all arenas. responsive administration and phone support; excellence in listening w understanding….what sold me was the “helping me-the unknowing awkward patient w TBI…none of the practitioners I have seen. Bothered to make sure I understand the injury and confirming MRI images (not my specialty). 5 stars for administrative/ support staff/ clinical staff and wonderful hot beverage for the weary overwhelmed patient. Thank you! keep up Awesome…it matters.

The level of care and compassion Dr Matt , Dr Jess and the entire staff especially Caitlin and Donelle is off the charts. Best practice ever.
I have been going here for a year on a weekly basis and my conditions have improved tremendously. I am so grateful for the amazing deep level of care they have for their patients .
